Hello from Jeanette Joy Fisher,

My late husband and I fixed & flipped a lot of houses. After he died, the tenants wouldn’t pay me their rent in the recession. I lost all my real estate in 2008 and had to start over. I was fortunate to find an incredible unfinished home in 2010. I lived in the unfinished home without heating and air conditioning for a while and fixed it up for over ten years. I never did get my koi pond built, but I refinanced the home and purchased a mountain cabin with cash. I fixed up the cabin, enjoyed it for two years, and traded it for a rental home in Canyon Lake. There’s more to the story.
